Our growers, the Lopresti family, have provided fruit for Mitolo from the very beginning. Sourced from Sandra's Block, matriarch of the Lopresti family, this win is a tribute to my mother Angela, matriarch of the Mitolo family.

 

Bright flavours of raspberry and cedar wood, our Angela has a real energy thanks to lively acidity and freshness.

 

Deep, full aromatics of plum, blackcurrant and lovely earthy characters of mint, ground coffee beans and dark chocolate. Earthy, blackberry and choc-mint flavours are beautifully balanced with soft acidity and grippy, savoury structure.
