Beenleigh Artisan Distillery is Australia’s oldest registered operating distillery, surrounded by both sugarcane and rum distillery history. Beenleigh created Australia’s original Rum, back before even Coca Cola was invented. Beenleigh source Australia’s finest molasses from the country’s only remaining family-owned sugar mill and others across Queensland- the ‘sweet-spot’ of Australia’s sugarcane industry. Every drop of Beenleigh golden liquid ages gracefully in handmade Brandy Maturation Vats and American Oak Casks to create Beenleigh’s distinctive, luscious flavour and its velvety-smooth finish.

Hammersmith Spirit is rich and bold, the result of Australia’s long-standing Brandy and Whisky making traditions. Both Brandy and Whisky has been made in Australia since the 19th century. Traditional production methods adopted by Australia as a member of the British Empire have instilled a time-honoured method of distillation, producing the unrivaled Hammersmith Spirit. Suitable for home drinking and social occasions, Hammersmith Brandy and Whisky is rooted in tradition but equally suited to modern day mixology applications. A true winemaker’s spirit, Hammersmith Brandy benefits from its origins in one of the world’s great winemaking countries.

Lark Distillery is a compilation of creative genius and Tasmania's pure environment. Over 30 years, Lark has built what is now one of Australia's most famous whisky distilleries, recently nominated as one of four distillers for the Worldwide Whisky Producer of the Year award. In 1992, the Lark household became the first Australian distillery to produce single malt spirit in 154 years. Finally in 1998, after years in the making, from Bill and Lyn’s kitchen table to Davey Street Bond Store, the first Lark Distillery Single Malt Whisky was released commercially.

Inner Circle Rum was once the exclusive preserve of Australia’s Colonial Sugar Refining Company’s board of directors and a handful of its prized clients. Even they were only entitled to the occasional bottle. Despite its limited availability, word of  Inner Circle’s unique flavour became legendary – whispered amongst rum enthusiasts the world over.

After some years, Inner Circle is now fully Australian-owned and operated again. It is produced at the Beenleigh Artisan Distillery using traditional Pot Stills, keeping in line with how it was once produced by CSR from 1855-1986.

In Regency-era London, brothers John and Joseph Vickers created a drink of exceptional refinement and purity. J & J Vickers & Co. was first registered in 1813, with both brother’s John and Joseph being Master Distillers through time. By 1824 the brothers set up the company and operated from their distillery on the Thames River in Stoney Street, London. Vickers was first exported from London to Australia in the early 1930’s, and by the early 1940’s it was made under license in Geelong, Victoria, continuing to be inspired by the original recipe. Vickers Gin continues to be produced in the traditional London Dry Style and made exclusively from agricultural grain, in this case high quality corn.
